Subsequently, she pursued her interest in medicine and received her medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Dr. Tejml completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston.

Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr Tejml has been in private practice since 2012 and is affiliated with Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center. 

A Fellow of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (F.A.C.O.G.), Dr. Tejml is licensed by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners.

Dr. Tejml lives in Houston with her husband and sons. She enjoys trying new recipes, working in her yard, cheering for her sons’ sports teams and spending time with her family.
