Dr. Kimberly Polasek received a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Texas Woman’s University and is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy. Dr. Polasek’s areas of interest and specialization include sports injuries, the knee, and shoulder.
She has advanced certification/training in Dry Needling and Manual Therapy. She is involved in research involving sports-related knee Injuries, has presented research at national meetings, and serves as a mentor in our sports residency program and clinical instructor for doctor of physical therapy students.
Dr. Polasek is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Texas Physical Therapy Association.
In her free time, Kimberly enjoys playing soccer, fishing, long distance running, and traveling.
